We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard. For international orders, PayPal is also available. All payments are processed securely.

Production & Delivery Times

Most KRUTA pieces are made after your order is placed, so production takes 7–14 business days.

Once you place an order, we will contact you to confirm all the details: the model, color, size, delivery address, and any individual preferences.

As soon as your order is sewn, it is handed over to the delivery service.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 3–7 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Other countries: 10–21 business days

If the piece you chose is in stock, we will ship it within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the parcel.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.
