Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact us at support@kruta.activewear with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
