Terms of Service

1. General

This document is a public offer by KRUTA ACTIVEWEAR (the “Seller”) for the sale of goods through the kruta.shop website. Placing an order on the website constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Placing an Order

The customer adds items to the cart and provides contact details. After the order is placed, our manager contacts the customer to confirm the order and agree on the payment method and delivery details. An order is considered accepted once confirmed by the manager.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed on the website. Payment is made using the method agreed with the manager during order confirmation. The Seller may change prices on the website; the price of a confirmed order does not change.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Ukraine worldwide. Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta at the carrier’s rates. International delivery is arranged with the manager; delivery times depend on the chosen carrier and customs processing.

Delivery costs are paid by the customer. The price of the goods does not include any customs duties, fees, or taxes of the destination country — these are paid by the customer upon receipt. We recommend checking your country’s import rules in advance.

5. Custom Tailoring

On request, KRUTA offers custom tailoring — fit corrections, adjusted measurements, or color changes. Items made to individual measurements or with modified characteristics are not eligible for exchange or return.

6. Exchange and Returns

A standard-tailoring item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used and retains its original condition and all tags. Return shipping costs, including any related customs charges, are paid by the customer.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected. In case of a manufacturing defect, the Seller arranges a replacement or a full refund.

7. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by delivery services or customs authorities, nor for failed delivery due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

10. Other Terms

The Seller may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of ordering applies to the order. The relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
